Boil sparkling water in a large pot.
(If you boil it with carbonated water, chicken is much softer than water.)

Trim the ingredients needed to make the broth.
(I decided to sell the ingredients for samgyetang at the mart for jujube and milk vetch root.)

Add the ingredients above and bring to a boil.
(If you add chicken like this, I think it's good that it doesn't smell bad.)

Boil the stock once, then add the well-prepared chicken.
Boil it once over high heat and simmer it for 40-50 minutes on medium heat.

When the chicken is done, take it out, put the broth separately, and boil the nurungji for about 3 minutes!!!
If you use carbonated water, the chicken is much softer than water!!
