Ingredients
  • plum
    20ea
  • Sugar
    250g
  • Vinegar
    3spoon
  • baking soda
    2spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Before preparing the ingredients, sterilize the glass bottle in boiling water and dry it

Please wash the plums and prepare them

Sprinkle baking soda + vinegar on plums and wash thoroughly

You just have to wait until the plums dry up
I used a kitchen towel to wipe it off

Remove the plum seeds and leave only the pulp
STEP 6/11
I cut it into small pieces that are easy to eat

Put the plum and sugar in a 1:1 ratio
(It would have been nice if there was a scale.)^^)

Pour only two thirds of the sugar into the plums
STEP 9/11
Mix together the plums and sugar until they stick together
STEP 10/11
Put the plum syrup that the plum and sugar met in the prepared glass bottle
STEP 11/11
Then pour the last remaining 1/3 sugar over the top, leave it at room temperature, and place in the refrigerator
After mixing the plums and sugar, I kept it at room temperature, but water came out in half a day So I mixed the sugar and ate it three days after storing it in the refrigerator I think plum extract tastes better the longer it ages!!
