Wash the chicken clean, add 3 liters of water, add green onions, half an onion, and a handful of whole garlic and simmer for 30 minutes.

Place blanched green onions and chives on top of chicken.

Pour the broth into the pot using a net.

Pour the broth and boil it so that it can be eaten warm.
It was for stir-fried chicken, but it was good because it was easy to eat.
