Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
I used it because I had it at home.
Wash the chicken clean, add 3 liters of water, add green onions, half an onion, and a handful of whole garlic and simmer for 30 minutes.

Prepare the white part of green onions to make it easy to eat

Chives are ready, too

Make the sauce while it boils.

Transfer the boiled chicken to another pot.

Blanch the green onions prepared in the broth.

Blanch the chives, too

Place blanched green onions and chives on top of chicken.

Pour the broth into the pot using a net.

Pour the broth and boil it so that it can be eaten warm.
It was for stir-fried chicken, but it was good because it was easy to eat.
