Making Tofu Soy Sauce Gangjeong - Children's favorite chewy, moi
Tofu, soy sauce, gangjeong! I think it'll be crispy and delicious, so I made it right away! It's chewy on the outside and soft on the inside Tofu soy sauce sweet and sour with salty sauce

Ingredients
  • Tofu
    1piece
  • potato starch
    1/2cup
  • leek

  • Seasoned soy sauce
    3spoon
  • Honey
    2spoon
  • Water
    3spoon
  • Sesame oil
    1spoon
  • sesame salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
I took out a big tofu and cut it just a bit! Put 1 small spoon of salt in the remaining water and store it in a container ^^
STEP 2/9
I cut it into cubes and set the cutting board at an angle to remove the water.
STEP 3/9
Remove the water with a kitchen towel once more.
STEP 4/9
Season with salt and pepper! If you sprinkle salt when frying or frying tofu, it gets hard and doesn't break easily! I can only see pepper in the picture^^;;
STEP 5/9
Put starch on the drained tofu and fry it! You have to coat it with starch so that the oil doesn't splash!!!
STEP 6/9
Tofu is crunchy! If frying oil is too much, put enough oil in the frying pan and cook it until golden!
STEP 7/9
Add 2 spoons of chopped green onions, 3 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of honey, and 3 spoons of water and bring to a boil!
STEP 8/9
When the sauce boils, add tofu!
STEP 9/9
You have to stir-fry it quickly on high heat to keep it crispy! Put a spoon of sesame oil and finish with sesame salt!
