Making Milk Jam & Coffee Jam / Using Milk Part 2
Eating bread with milk jam with a glass of milk makes it sweet^^ I think milk jam is perfect for Yul! Coffee jam is completely Jestalmost!!! If it's a little less sweet, it'll be a fantasy. ^^ My husband hasn't tasted it yet, and I think he'll love it.

Ingredients

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
First, disinfect the bottle that will hold milk jam and coffee jam! When it comes to bottle sterilization, you have to start with the bottle
We have to boil it together. That way, the bottle won't break!

And when you dry it, you can't turn it upside down. You have to put it right away so that the water disappears!

Well, I've seen many recipes, so I'm determined to stand for a long time, so I'm a bad housewife who started to eat a lot!! I poured a pack of 1L of milk to make coffee jam! I started with a wide pan because I thought it would boil faster and be made faster if it was a large area to roll my baby hairs.

You have to keep stirring so that it doesn't stick to the bottom. If it starts to boil again, it might overflow, so you have to watch from the side and control the heat. If you make a mistake, the sink can be covered with milk^^;;

About 10 minutes after it started to boil, I turned off the heat and added a cup of organic brown sugar!

You have to stir enough to melt the sugar well so that you don't get a lump! When the sugar is completely melted, turn on the heat again and start to boil down. It's less sugar than other people's
I decided on a cup of brown sugar because it wasn't too sweet, but after making it, it was too sweet for my taste! I think we can cut the sugar in half next time.

I used a Nespresso machine to get 2 cups of espresso for coffee jam. The coffee beans are Kenya AA

About 30 minutes after boiling the milk, I put coffee in one side!

It's brown sugar, so both of them have caramel color^^ The milk side with coffee is a bit darker!
STEP 10/13
Keep stirring and take care of the heat control. After about 50 minutes of boiling, the viscosity started to form! As expected, making jam that requires patience

It's milk jam and coffee jam that boiled for about an hour! I turned it off when I thought it was a bit watery because it had more viscosity when I turned it off.

It looks more plausible because I put it in a bottle^^ Starting with 1L each, the amount completed seems to be about 250ml!
