STEP 1/6
Cut the squid into big pieces Squid has to be big to chew. lol
STEP 2/6
And you can't leave out how to make squid duruch at Gwangcheon Restaurant. Green onion!! I think there were a lot of green onions in it. As far as I remember, there were only red pepper powder and green onions. lol
STEP 3/6
They said they made anchovy broth again, blanched it slightly, and got the squid. Well, I didn't think I needed to blanch it in advance...That's what they do...
STEP 4/6
Then add the green onion, red pepper powder, garlic, soy sauce, and sugar. Gwangcheon Restaurant is a squid stew with a lot of red pepper powder. Spicy with red pepper powder..You can season it with soy sauce and sugar!! And there's not much sugar in it. I don't know how much the groom puts in...I've got a rough idea..
STEP 5/6
If you have carrots, you can add a little bit of carrots. This is very delicious and it tastes like Gwangcheon Restaurant's Squid Duruchigi, which was featured in Jongwon Baek's Three Great KingsIf you think there's too little soup, add a little bit of the broth you made earlier It's delicious even if you mix rice with it It's really delicious even if you put in kalguksu or udon noodles together!!
STEP 6/6
We have some noodles left, so we boiled it and added a little bit It's really spicy and delicious!!+_+ You made a groom and you said it wasn't a big deal...Isn't it the same? LOL
