Wash chives thoroughly under running water several times.

Shake off the washed water and cut it to the length of your fingers

Shred onions and carrots, too.
STEP 4/5
Put all the chives, onions, carrots, and seasonings in a bowl

Mix it well. Taste it and add more seasoning. That's it.
1. Remove any yellowing while washing the chives.
2. If it's bland, season it with a little more salt than fish sauce.
If you add too much fish sauce, it smells and tastes delicious.
3. If you don't like the unique fresh scent of chives kimchi, it's good to make it's good
Room temperature for one day / Refrigerate for one day.
4. If you add a little bit of vinegar, it becomes seasoned chives and it's also good for meat or smoked duck^^
