Wash glutinous rice clean, pour enough water, soak it for about an hour, and then put it on a sieve to remove moisture. Cut the root of the whole garlic. Ginger is always half the amount of garlic. Soak jujube in water for 2-3 minutes to remove soil or foreign substances between wrinkles. Prepare half an onion. Prepare two white taiwanese leeks. Two roots of ginseng are used, and the brain head (front part) is toxic, so make sure to remove it.

Oriental medicine ingredients, which are ingredients for samgyetang, are sold in the form of bags. It contains yellow flag, jujube, heavenly palace, wild mulberry tree, and ogapi. This herbal ingredient needs to be added to give you a proper taste of samgyetang. In addition to samgyetang, if you put chicken, duck, or pork in it, the taste of meat will be even better.

First, I'll teach you how to cook chicken. Cut the tail with scissors because it has a lot of oil. Remove the oily areas inside with scissors. The intestines have been removed, so you don't need to trim them separately.

Hold the trimmed chicken upside down (first picture shape) and clean it with water with the faucet turned on. That way, the blood comes out easily and the smell doesn't come out. Add 5 tablespoons of glutinous rice soaked with rice spoon. You shouldn't put in a lot of glutinous rice because it swells as it cooks. And add 3 whole garlic and 2 jujube. You can add chestnuts.

If you cut both ends of your legs, you can cross your legs. If you're not confident, put your legs together and tie them with a thick thread.

There is also a hole in the neck, so the glutinous rice can fall out, so gather the pork neck and sew it with a toothpick.

The ginkgo will be served with garnish, which is boiled in cold water, and when the water starts to boil, rub it with a ladle to peel it off easily.

Put 1.5 liters of water in a pot, add 1 bag of oriental medicine ingredients, half an onion, 2 green onion whites, 2 jujubes, 3 whole garlics, and 1 ton of ginger, and when it starts to boil, reduce the heat and let the broth boil for 30 minutes. It smells like oriental medicine because of oriental medicine ingredients. Add 1 tablespoon of refined rice wine and remove all ingredients except whole garlic and jujube. Add 2 roots of ginseng and chicken with glutinous rice. Boil it gently for about an hour.
