Chop the egg into thin slices. You have to cool the egg garnish and cut it to make it look clean.

Place the rice in a bowl and sprinkle 1.5 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce over the rice. Please refer to this recipe for how to make teriyaki sauce @6854384. You can also use commercial teriyaki sauce.

Add egg garnish and chicken on top of the rice

Place mayonnaise on edge of disposable bag, cut and sprinkle over rice.

If you add seaweed flakes and green onions, it's super simple chicken mayoRice with toppings are done!!!
You have to cool the egg garnish before cutting it so that it doesn't get messy. If you don't have chicken, you can use boiled chicken breast or commercially available frozen Cajun chicken.
