- Ingredients: garlic, celery leaves, cabbage, chicken breast, oriental, colabi, gold kiwi, orange

- Ingredients: minced garlic, cabbage: chicken breast, celery, apple, green grape, colabi, oriental
- Method: Pour olive oil on a pan and stir-fry minced garlic slightly, then add cabbage, stir-fry it, put chicken breast, put it in a container, sprinkle oriental sauce, and finish with celery

*Third lunch box,
- Ingredients: smoked chicken breast, black sesame sauce, paprika, broccoli, colabi
- Method: Serve neatly.

*Fourth lunch box,
- Ingredients: olive oil, minced garlic, green onion, carrot, small brown rice, oyster sauce, smoked chicken breast, paprika, celery, egg, caesar sauce, orange
- Method: (1) Pour olive oil in a pan and stir-fry minced garlic and green onions, then add onions, carrots, and stir-fry
(2) Add brown rice and season with oyster sauce.
(3) Add smoked chicken breast and paprika
(4) Stir-fry it as if mixing it slightly, turn off the gas stove, cut celery into small pieces over the heat, and mix it to finish with sesame salt.

Ingredients: Aronia + yogurt, strawberry jam, bread 1, egg whites, 1 yolk, 1 gold kiwi
How to: Spread strawberry jam on top of bread, fry eggs, and add gold kiwi on top
