Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Put a 100g can of salmon in a heated pan.
STEP 2/6
Add 1/4 chopped onions and 1/2 sliced green onion white part, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and stir-fry
STEP 3/6
Salmon is hard, so if you press it with the butt of the ladle and stir-fry it, it gets crushed well.
STEP 4/6
Add 1 tablespoon of hot sauce, 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1 tablespoon of ketchup, 2 tablespoon of refined rice wine, 1/2 tablespoon of plum syrup, and stir-fry it evenly

Add 2 bowls of rice and stir-fry evenly
STEP 6/6
Add 1 green pepper and 1/2 green onion and stir-fry again.
