    I understand why they used cucumber, seasoned apples with plum syrup, and used sweet vinegar for rice. At first, I seasoned it like Kimbap and made apples raw. There's no cucumber, so I'll add pickled radish. I can't eat salty food, so I liked it because it was refreshing, but the other family members said they couldn't eat it because it was bland, so I dipped it in soy sauce and ate it. There was no cucumber left, so I washed the radish kimchi and chopped it in, and it said it was only then that the taste was seasoned. For your information, my parents are old, so I tend to eat a lot of liver.
