First, boil a handful of defoli and 4-5 pieces of kelp in the water and serve the broth.
If you don't have a depot, you can replace it with an anchovy soup. I just happened to be out of anchovies.

Bring to a boil for 10 minutes and drain. In the meantime, prepare the ingredients.

Chop the potatoes, zucchini, onion, carrot, and green onion!
STEP 5/12
Add potatoes to the broth!

Boil it for about 5 minutes and then add sujebi!

My mom picked up, boiled, peeled, and brought clams to feed my granddaughter! You keep it in the freezer and use it well^^

Add a tablespoon of garlic and bring to a boil.

Boil the sujebi for about 5 minutes and then dip the vegetables in!
STEP 11/12
Season with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of salt, and pepper! Add vegetables and simmer for another 5 minutes.
STEP 12/12
Lastly, add green onions and 3 tablespoons of perilla powder and boil it for about a minute!
