  • Radish

  • perilla oil
    1T
  • Water
    1/4cup
  • leek
    little
  • Salt
    0.3T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Please chop the radish into thin slices and prepare it.
STEP 2/5
Put 1T of perilla oil in a pot
STEP 3/5
Add shredded radish and stir-fry over low heat for about 1-2 minutes.
STEP 4/5
When the radish becomes slightly transparent, add 1/4 cup water, cover and boil over high heat. When it boils, reduce to low heat and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
STEP 5/5
After about 10-15 minutes, if the radish is cooked well, add chopped green onion and 0.3T of salt and mix well.
