Cooking Steps
STEP 1/16
Ingredients: 10 cabbage leaves, 1/3 radish, 5 whole garlic, 1/2 carrot, a handful of green onions, 2 red peppers
Seasoning ingredients: 5 spoons of chili powder, 3 spoons of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder, 3 and a half spoons of salt, 2 liters of bottled water

Prepare 3 cups of water and add 5 spoons of red pepper powder.

Prepare five whole garlics and chop them into small pieces
