These days, side dishes that are easy to stir-fry potato ham~ #
I think I enjoy eating vegetables these days because there are plenty of vegetables in season. I like to eat it as a side dish these days, such as stir-fried potato ham with plenty of potatoes harvested from my parents' house and stir-fried ham that children like. It's a super simple stir-fried dish that stir-fry son ram well. Add the red onion and stir-fry it to make it crunchy.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
If you have other vegetables in the refrigerator, you can stir-fry them.
STEP 2/4
Slice the potatoes and half of the onions. Chop the green and red peppers sideways, please. The ham I bought to eat kimbap...Lol. Cut it into 3 pieces into stir-fried potatoes.
STEP 3/4
Grease the pan and stir-fry the potatoes. When the potatoes are half-cooked, stir-fry onions and ham. When it's almost done, add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry it.
STEP 4/4
Add 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide and stir-fry it. When the potatoes are cooked, turn off the heat and add green red pepper and sesame seeds. Even if you add half a tablespoon of sesame oil, it's still good.
