Please prepare enough ingredients.
Chop the onion and bacon into bite-size pieces.

Beat in the eggs with a pinch of salt.

Pour 1T of oil into a pan and stir-fry onion and salt on high heat for about 1 minute.

Then add the bacon and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.

Remove well-cooked bacon and onions to one side, reduce to low heat and add egg water.

I'd like the eggs to be gently scrambled eggs.

Mix onion & bacon and scrambled eggs well and sprinkle with pepper.

Lastly, add chives and mix them well to complete. If it's bland, please add a little salt.
If you add a little milk to the egg water, it becomes a softer scrambled egg.
