  • Butter

  • Soft flour

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Add egg yolk, flour, sugar and vanilla beans and mix until sugar dissolves Cut the vanilla bean in half, scratch the seeds, and add the peel
STEP 2/5
When the sugar has melted to a certain extent, add milk and mix
STEP 3/5
Microwave it for about a minute, take it out, mix it again, and when it's a bit lumpy, turn it for 30 seconds, and mix it. When the dough becomes smooth and creamy, stop the process

Add butter and mix
STEP 5/5
Cover the finished cream with plastic on top, seal it to prevent airflow, and cool it down
