Aronia jam - healthy Aronia jam
Aronia is a perennial shrub in the rose family, also called blackchockberry and kingsvera, and is known as the mysterious fruit that contains the most anthocyanin (sulfurization) among the fruits existing on Earth. It is a plant that has gained attention due to growing interest in health, and is currently receiving explosive responses in Europe and the U.S. due to various developments such as general food and functional foods, alcoholic beverages, juice, beverages, wine, jam, liqueur, powder capsule suspension, baby food candy, confectionery, dairy products, and natural dyes. It is especially well known as the only plant that survived the Chernobyl nuclear power plant explosion in 1986 and treated people exposed to radiation. Today, I'm going to make healthy Aronia jam.

Ingredients
  • Aronia
    200g
  • Sugar
    100g
  • lemon juice
    1.5TS
  • a plain bread

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Aronia is washed in cold water with vinegar. I washed it three times.
STEP 2/6
Remove the water. Remove the thin branches.
STEP 3/6
Place the aronia in a skillet and drain with a kitchen towel once more. Add sugar.
STEP 4/6
Turn the heat to low and close the lid of the pot to allow the sugar to melt for a while. And bring to a boil while stirring well. When moisture comes out of Aronia to some extent and it becomes viscous, change it slightly with a goblin bat. Don't grind it too finely. It's good enough to chew on Aronia
STEP 5/6
If you stir it well and boil it, it won't burn at all.
STEP 6/6
Add lemon juice at the end, and it makes the jam clump better
