Barbecue chicken pasta
I added barbecue sauce to the chicken pasta to add a smoked scent. If you add whipped cream, it will be softer, but this time I added milk and made pasta to lower the calories.

  • onion
    1/2ea
  • tomato sauce
    5Ts
  • Barbecue sauce
    3Ts
  • Parmesan cheese
    1Ts
  • Milk
    1cup
  • olive oil
  • basil
    1ts
  • parsley
    1ts
  • ground pepper
  • Red Pepper
  • Salt
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
First, boil the noodles.
Add 1/2 Ts of salt to boiling water, add penne and simmer for about 10 minutes.
And while boiling the noodles, stir-fry garlic, onion, and chicken breast in a pan covered with olive oil. (Pepper dabbing)
STEP 2/3
When the meat is done, add tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, and Parmesan cheese, pour milk, and boil over medium heat.
STEP 3/3
Add 1ts of parsley and basil, and boil the noodles for about 2 minutes.
There was chicken tender, so I put it in to see if it would taste better. You can use chicken freely regardless of whether you only use chicken tenders, breast meat, or tenderloin. (However, chicken tenders are already seasoned, so you should be careful.)
