Put water in a pot and bring to a boil the bay leaves, ginger powder, pepper, salt and garlic.

If the water boils and overflows, reduce the heat strength.

Add Cheongyang red pepper to enhance the spicy taste.
There are people who can't eat spicy food, so I didn't put it in, but I personally prefer to put it in!
