STEP 1/4
Cut off the oily part of the chicken's tail with scissors, wash it in cold water, drain the blood, and drain it.

Wash glutinous rice clean, soak it for more than an hour, drain it on a sieve, and wash garlic, jujube, milk vetch root, and ginseng cleanly.

Put the soaked glutinous rice in an electric rice cooker, put the trimmed chicken, garlic, and herbal ingredients on top of it, and add 500ml of water.
*Please put sticky rice on the bottom of the rice cooker because it's bahn-chicken soup.
STEP 4/4
Close the rice cooker and cook it with the universal steaming function (about 20 minutes) to complete!
If you buy a chicken and cook bahn-maek-tang, cut it in half lengthwise and cook it, and keep the remaining half frozen.
