  • a young leaf vegetable
  • cherry tomato
  • parsley
  • crab meat
    144g
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Mayonnaise
    3~5Ts
  • Whole Grain Mustard
    1/2ts
  • ground pepper
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4

Tear crab meat into a bowl and mix with chopped onions and the rest of the ingredients.
Then, bake the bread until golden.

Place cleanly washed young leaf vegetables on top.
STEP 3/4
After putting the crab salad on the bread,

Add a few cherry tomatoes to the side and it's done.
I plated it like an open sandwich
If you want to serve like this, sprinkle parsley on top.
If you chop onions in advance and soak them in cold water, you can get rid of the spiciness. Let it soak for about 5 to 10 minutes, drain it, chop it again, and it can be used without being spicy.
