Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Place at room temperature and whisk sugar into softened butter.
STEP 2/7
Add egg yolk and whip.
STEP 3/7
If yolk is well blended, add salt, vanilla extract, starch syrup and baking powder and mix.
STEP 4/7
Sift the flour and strong flour and mix it with a spatula as if cutting it.
STEP 5/7
Add chopped walnuts with a slight visible raw powder.
Adjust the level of chopped walnuts according to the texture you want.
STEP 6/7
It's a spoonful round and panned.
STEP 7/7
Bake at 170 degrees for about 18 minutes.
It's a soft cookie. When you mix the batter, over mix it so that it doesn't get tough
