Use vegetables that can be used as raw vegetables among the vegetables at home. Shred all vegetables as finely as possible. I defrost frozen flying fish roe. To make vegetables crunchy...Soak it in ice water for 10 minutes, shake off the water, and use it. (cabbage, onion, paprika)

Making Mustard Sauce
1. Cooking class): Lotus 1T, vinegar 2T, Piladepia cream cheese 15g, garlic pickle 20g, pickle soup 1T, sugar 2T, salt pickle (Sauce taste is strong)

Add all the ingredients for the mustard sauce and grind them in a blender. Taste it and adjust the sour, spicy, and sweet taste.

The half-dried squid in the freezer is defrosted in the refrigerator and the legs are removed. Hold the squid skin with a kitchen towel and pull it out well.

If you want to use the squid body like noodles, don't cut it in half and cut it long. If you cut it in the opposite direction, it goes up. I cut it in the middle for cold vegetables, not noodles, so I matched it with the size of the vegetables.

Mustard sauce is hard to suit your taste because you like it or hate it. If you don't like mustard sauce, add 1t of mayonnaise to the mustard sauce to dilute the tangy taste. When you use regular squid, you put diamond sheaths in it. That way, the sauce seeps in well and it's delicious.
