A healthy meal with vegetable butter!
It's simple because you just have to grill it. It's good for nutrition because you eat various vegetables. If there are vegetables you don't eat, make it with butter! It's light and savory, so a bowl of rice is quick. ^^ Grilled vegetable butter that even children eat well and often do! Especially, I highly recommend eggplant

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Put a tablespoon of butter on the pan and grill the vegetables on top. That's it's done!
Today, I baked a pine mushroom, eggplant, zucchini, and sweet potato. If you grill it with regular oil, it's a little greasy, so you can't eat a lot, but if you grill it with butter, it's savory, so it smells good and you can eat it without getting tired of it.
