Jangjorim Butter Bibimbap: The rice we ate at School Food
I made a very simple bowl of rice using commercial jangjorim...It's okay to use commercial products sometimes when it's hot, right

  • Eggs

  • Milk

  • Salt

  • Cooking oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
In a heated pan, lower the heat, add milk and salt, and stir lightly to make it moist
STEP 2/4
Put the rice in a bowl and chop itSprinkle with Izzy and Jangjorim soup
*Add cucumber after removing the salty water
STEP 3/4
Place jangjorim and butter on top of rice
STEP 4/4
I'll put scrambled eggs on top of that
Serve with a little butter and soy sauce
Instead of cucumber, you can add sweet pickles or pickles

    It was delicious!! The recipe I've been looking for!! I was especially curious about how to texture eggs, thank you!!! The picture is not pretty because I took it while eating. I use sesame oil instead of butter and sesame leaf pickles instead of cucumbers for !
