Golden recipe for pickled soy sauce chili pepper. Make it spicy
I really like pickled vegetables I made pickled onions and then pickled peppers I like cheongyang peppers, so I made it with cheongyang peppers Here's the golden recipe for pickled peppers :D

Ingredients
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    550g
  • thick soy sauce
    2cup
  • Vinegar
    2cup
  • Water
    2cup
  • Sugar
    1paper cup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Wash the cheongyang peppers and strain them through a sieve
STEP 2/11
Make a hole in the pepper with a fork
It makes the seasoning cut well
STEP 3/11
Cut the top of the pepper with scissors
Please put pepper in a bottle or glass container. I forgot to take a picture ^^;;

2 cups of soy sauce
STEP 5/11
2 cups of vinegar
STEP 6/11
2 cups of water

a cup of sugar
STEP 8/11
Place soy sauce, vinegar, water and sugar in a saucepan
Boil it until it's boiling
STEP 9/11
When the pickles cool down, pour them into a glass container
Refrigerate and turn it upside down so that the sauce cuts well And keep it in the refrigerator for 2 weeks
Store it for 2 weeks, boil the pickles separately, cool it down, and pour it again to make it more delicious^^

Pickled cheongyang chili peppers aged for 3 weeks
It's very spicy because it's dipped in cheongyang red pepper~
I took a bite and got in trouble because it was spicy. LOL
