STEP 1/4
Please prepare enough ingredients.
Cut cucumbers into appropriate sizes
Chop the onions, please.
Please prepare Cheongyang red pepper according to your preference.
STEP 2/4
Dip shredded onions in water to remove the arin flavor.
Blanch the wood ear mushrooms in boiling water for about 30 seconds, rinse them in cold water, and tear them into bite-size pieces.

Mix 1T of red pepper powder, 0.5-1T of lemon juice (or vinegar), 1T of plum syrup, 1t of minced garlic, and 1t of salt well.

Put cucumber, onion, wood ear mushroom, and cheongyang pepper in a bowl and mix well with the sauce. I'd like to add sesame as a finishing touch.
1. It's much easier to mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add the ingredients for the sauce one by one than to mix the sauce first.
2. You can add 0.3T of red pepper paste and 0.3T of starch syrup to the sauce if you like
