Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut radishes and potatoes into 1cm thick pieces and spread them on the bottom of the pot.
STEP 2/8
Pour 1 can of saury into the pot with broth. If you don't like canned broth, take out the saury and pour 1 can of kelp stock to boil. Add more kelp stock
STEP 3/8
Add the seasoning above. Chili powder is up to your taste...I added 2 tablespoons
STEP 4/8
Add an additional can of kelp stock. If you don't use canned broth above, add kelp broth until the ingredients are soft and season with salt (or soy sauce)~
STEP 5/8
When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium and keep boiling to remove the foam.
STEP 6/8
Prepare sliced onions, cheongyang peppers, and green onions.
STEP 7/8
When potatoes and radishes are cooked to a certain extent, add onions and boil them until they are fully soaked.
STEP 8/8
Add green onion and Cheongyang red pepper, boil it for a while, and wrap it up with a spoon of sesame oil.
