STEP 1/11
First, prepare cabbage. I used a little bit of it, and then I cut it in half and prepared half of it.
STEP 2/11
If you cut off the wick on the top, I heard it's easy to remove one or two cabbage leaves, so I cut the wick first.
STEP 3/11
I cut the wick and removed the cabbage leaves one by one. It was easy at first, but it didn't work out as it went inside, so I just ripped it off and broke it
STEP 4/11
Cabbage has a lot of nutrients that are good for our body, but there are words that are said to be representative of crops grown with a lot of pesticides, right? Since I removed the leaves one by one, I thought I should wash them clean, so I put the cabbage in a large bowl.
STEP 5/11
Then, put baking soda in the well-done cold water for about 10 minutes. They say you can add vinegar.
STEP 6/11
Then, I washed it three or four times with clean water and put it in a sieve to remove the water.
STEP 7/11
There are two ways to boil cabbage: to put it in boiling water as it is, and to steam it on a steamer. I put Sambal on the steamer and steamed it.
STEP 8/11
When hot steam came up from the steamer, I carefully put the cabbage on top and steamed it for about 13 minutes. (It may vary depending on the amount, but the half can be about 13 minutes) It is said that you only need to boil it in water for 5-6 minutes. When boiling or steaming, remove from the heat if the color of the cabbage turns dark and transparent.
STEP 9/11
The well-steamed cabbage was soaked in cold water right away. That way, the texture stays the same.
STEP 10/11
Now! Since cabbage is prepared, we need to prepare other ingredients, right? While steaming cabbage, I was making stir-fried spicy pork on the fire next to me.^^
STEP 11/11
The delicious stir-fried pork, put it in a warm cabbage wrap and eat it in one bite~ On this day, the family ate it with stir-fried pork and cabbage wrap at dinner time.
