STEP 1/6
Wash the branches in running water
It might be too mushy when you steam it, so I made it slightly thick and shaved it.
* Be careful of leaf spines when washing eggplants. There are very thin spines that you can't even see like a piece of glass.
STEP 2/6
Put water in a pot, cover the steamer, and steam for about 10 minutes.
STEP 3/6
In the meantime, making the sauce
1T of soy sauce, 1T of soy sauce, 1T of oligosaccharide, 1/2T of minced garlic, 1/2t of sugar, 1/2T of red pepper powder
Put it in and shake it
STEP 4/6
After about 10 minutes, the eggplant looks soft and soft
STEP 5/6
Grease a heated pan and add eggplants and sauce
STEP 6/6
Turn off the heat when the sauce cuts evenly.
If you have chives or chives on top, chop them into small pieces and sprinkle them.
The way to stir-fry it in a frying pan is that the eggplant doesn't cook well, so it's very moist when you steam it and stir-fry it with the sauce
