Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Wash the apples in running water and slice them thinly
STEP 2/13
Prepare 70g of sugar, 15g of gravity, 1g of salt, and 4g of cinnamon powder.
STEP 3/13
Mix the prepared powder with sliced apples to make peeling.
STEP 4/13
Bake in the oven at 140C for about 15 minutes.

Mix 180g of strong flour, 1g of salt, 89g of butter, and 1 egg in a mixing bowl.

Mix well with an electric whisk and rest in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Remove the finished dough and roll it thinly with a rolling pin.

Place on the prepared pie mold and cut into the mold.

Use a fork to make a hole in the bottom of the dough.

Fill well-baked fillings with pie molds.
