Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Please prepare 1 udon with liquid soup and the amount of ingredients.
STEP 2/8
Put 1 tablespoon of cooking wine in boiling water, cook the pork quickly, and rinse it a little strongly with cold water, and soak it in ice water for a chewy texture and cool it down.

Boil the udon noodles as well as blanch them and cool them down in ice water.

Chop the chives and slice the cucumbers thinly.

Prepare 1 liquid soup, 2 tablespoons sesame, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1 tablespoon vinegar.
