Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
In a bowl, use 2 1/2 cold water and 11 1/2 hot water
Add 2 pieces of kelp and boil it for 10 minutes
Remove the kelp and place in the refrigerator for more than 30 minutes.

Place bean sprouts in boiling water, cover and simmer over medium heat for 4 minutes
