STEP 1/13
Delicious plums look like this.
STEP 2/13
I prepared about 15 plums of sugar for plum syrup.
The plum that I'm going to make purple honey doesn't look good, does it?
It's a plum that my family is shunned because it's very bad.
STEP 3/13
Wash the plums clean and cut them into small pieces like the picture.
STEP 4/13
Put the plums in a bowl
STEP 5/13
Pour in the sugar.
I only put in 50% of the amount of plums.
STEP 6/13
Plums have a lot of moisture, so...It makes soup.
STEP 7/13
In less than 30 minutes... The sugar has melted a lot.
STEP 8/13
Disinfect the glass bottle of plum syrup in a pot and remove the water.
* Be careful because it can break because it's a glass bottle.
STEP 9/13
Put the plum syrup in a sterilized glass bottle.
STEP 10/13
That's how I put it.
STEP 11/13
I'll keep it in the refrigerator for 2 days.
* I started making plum drinks and ade from the 3rd after refrigerating, not using enzymes like medicine.
STEP 12/13
Shall we make plum syrup ade?
Add 1 can of cool cider (carbonated water) to 4-5 spoons of plums.
* If you want it to be cooler, tap a few ice cubes
STEP 13/13
It is plum syrup that goes well with plum ade, salad, or simple brunch on a hot day.
- If you want to make a lot of plum juice and eat it like an enzyme, you can eat it like a medicine after aging for 100 days.
- It's a bad plum.. It's too much to just drink. It's sweet and drinks and ades.. If you want to make a salad, you can eat it while refrigerating it without aging.
