STEP 1/16
The ingredients are too simple, right? Haha
It's easier to make it^^
Chef Lee Wonil's recipe was for a pressure cooker, but mine is for an electric pressure cooker
STEP 2/16
Grill pork belly sprinkled with salt and pepper in a pan^^
STEP 3/16
Add minced garlic and cook the meat until it's golden brown When garlic and pork belly meet, the scent is no joke
STEP 4/16
Oil from pork belly should be used as it is, so don't throw it away. ^^;
STEP 5/16
Put the rice in a rice cooker without soaking it
You need to take out a little more water than you normally put in^^ It's because the bean sprouts produce moisture
STEP 6/16
And then add the fat on the rice with the grilled pork belly I thought about this part because I hate oil floating in the soup, but I put it all in for now. lol
STEP 7/16
Put cleanly washed bean sprouts on top of pork belly
STEP 8/16
I close the rice cooker and start cooking in white rice mode
STEP 9/16
I made the sauce while the rice was cooked
Usually, there is sesame oil in the bean sprout rice sauce, but I skipped sesame oil considering the oil from pork belly
STEP 10/16
And I thought it'd be too salty if I just put in soy sauce, so I added 2T of water
STEP 11/16
Put it in a pretty bowl and you're done!
STEP 12/16
It was cooked faster than I thought, so I opened it^^
STEP 13/16
Fortunately, the food turned out really well Hehe
I turned it upside down and mixed the rice
STEP 14/16
The rice smells amazing when you mix it well^^
STEP 15/16
Transfer the rice to an easy-to-eat bowl and you're done!
STEP 16/16
You can add the sauce to your liking^^
If you put the sauce in the rice and mix it, it's really delicious!!!
It's hard to prepare dinner in front of the fire as the weather gets hotter
It's a super simple recipe that you can make quickly!
"It's a hit"
It's good as a health food in hot summer. :D
