Add 1 onion, 3 green onions, 10 cloves of garlic, and 1 clove of ginger
Chop up three carrots.
Add finely ground spicy peppers.
Add soy sauce, fish sauce, and soju 1:1:1 and mix well.
(One cup per 200 leaves will be calculated)
You can adjust the amount of onions, garlic, ginger, and green onions to suit your taste.
STEP 6/6
Spread two pieces of seasoning on a dry perilla leaf and put them in a container.
Keep it in the refrigerator,
It's good if you eat it right away.
It's delicious even if it's cooked for a few days.
If you want to eat it softer, you can enjoy a different taste even if you steam it in the steamer.
