STEP 1/10
We need salt and vinegar as ingredients to boil eggs beautifully!
STEP 2/10
Leave the eggs at room temperature for about 30 minutes before boiling. If you boil the eggs in the refrigerator right away, they can easily pop because of the temperature difference.
STEP 3/10
Fill the egg with water to make the tip look the size of a coin.
STEP 4/10
Put a little bit of salt in the water
STEP 5/10
Add a little bit of vinegar, too. If you add vinegar, it prevents the egg from flowing out even if it bursts.
STEP 6/10
To bring the yolk to center, gently stir in the eggs for about 3 minutes as small bubbles begin to rise from the bottom of the pot.
STEP 7/10
Boil the eggs for about 15 minutes.
STEP 8/10
Rinse the boiled eggs in cold water enough.
STEP 9/10
Eggs with dents at both ends are said to old eggs!
STEP 10/10
When cutting an egg, do not press the knife, but cut it by pushing and pulling it back and forth like a saw.
If you add a little vinegar to the water when you boil an egg, you can prevent it from flowing out even if it bursts.
When you cut an egg, you can cut it nicely without breaking it.
