  • Cocktail shrimp
    1handful
  • Pickled radish
    little
  • Cucumber
    little
  • pea
    20piece
  • sesame salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Put cucumbers in a plastic bag and pickle them with a little salt.
STEP 2/9
Blanch peas with a little salt in boiling water.
STEP 3/9
Remove and rinse in cold water.
STEP 4/9
Make sushi vinegar in rice and mix it.
STEP 5/9
Squeeze the water out of the pickled cucumbers and chop them. Chop the pickled radish, too.
STEP 6/9
Blanch the shrimp in boiling water and marinate it with 4 tons of sugar, 4 tons of vinegar, and 1 ton of salt.
STEP 7/9
Mix the chopped cucumber, pickled radish, and sesame seeds in the rice.
STEP 8/9
Place peas and shrimp on top of plastic
STEP 9/9
Put rice on top of it and put it together.
Tip. When you pickle the cucumber, take out the air from the plastic and it'll be pickled evenly.
