Ingredients: 1 cucumber, 1 red pepper (or 1 cheongyang pepper), seaweed 15g, 1/2 onion, 1/4 carrot
600ml water, 1 spoon of salt, 4 spoons of sugar, 6 spoons of vinegar, 1 spoon of sesame seeds
All the measurements were cooked based on a spoon of rice.

First, prepare 15g to 20g of seaweed and soak it in cold water
Before I use the ingredients, I soak the seaweed first so that I can eat it properly when I need it
10 minutes is enough. If you soak it for too long, it'll be mushy and the texture is not good, so check it out^^

Chop 1/4 carrots, 1/2 onions, and 1 cucumber and prepare

I replaced it with red pepper^^
I thought the color would be prettier if I put in red pepper

What you need to remember in Jongwon Baek cucumber cold soup is the ratio

6 spoons of vinegar
If you follow this ratio, you don't have to worry about failing the cucumber cold soup^^

Rinse the soaked seaweed in cold water and cut it into small pieces.
