Sweet potato ssamjang and braised cabbage...appetizing vegetable
When blue crabs are in season..I was waiting to make crab ssamjang. However, I often saw the news that the fishermen of our country cannot catch many crabs when they are using illegal Chinese fishing boats. More than 40,000 won per kilogram of living things...I couldn't put in crab meat, but I made vegetable ssamjang with ingredients that go into crab ssamjang. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Cut all vegetables very finely into dice. Soak onions in cold water for 15 minutes. (Remove Arin flavor) Use apples with the skin. (Wash with vinegar)

Rinse apples, carrots, and sweet potatoes in water except onions and place them in a sieve.

When you make it with regular red pepper paste seasoning..>
Make ssamjang in an earthen pot. Put 1T of sesame oil in a heated earthen pot, add minced garlic, chopped green onions, and add all the vegetables
Stir-fry it.

Put 1T of sesame oil in a heated earthen pot and stir-fry all the vegetables.

Stir well with a wooden spoon for more than a minute. Add 2 tons of ground shrimp. If you put dried red shrimp instead of crab meat instead of chicken instead of pheasant, you will get a rich taste of seafood.

For those with universal spicy sauce, add 2T of red pepper paste, 3t of red pepper paste, 1t of red pepper powder, 1t of flavored soy sauce, 1t of plum juice, and 1t of ginger juice.
