STEP 1/7
First, prepare clams that you caught in Jeju Island! Soak clams in salt water and wash them overnight.
STEP 2/7
And cut the soaked shiitake into small pieces and the green onionsI didn't put anything else but shiitake mushrooms and green onions, but it's good to put carrots and pumpkins^^
STEP 3/7
Soak glutinous rice in water for about 3 hours in advance and drain.
STEP 4/7
Pour water into the pot and boil the clams. When it starts to boil, add 2 tablespoons of soju and mix. Remove the foam from time to time! When the clams open their mouths, remove them, spread the flesh, and leave a few to decorate.
STEP 5/7
Put sesame oil in a pot, put the sliced shiitake mushrooms, and stir-fry them with a spatula! Stir-fry it for about 2 minutes, and then add the soaked glutinous rice and stir-fry it
STEP 6/7
Pour the pre-boiled clam broth and stir until the rice grains spread^^ Add clams after the rice grains are gently spread and the water that has been boiling is absorbed
STEP 7/7
Add chopped green onions and add salt to the seasoning! Boil it again and turn off the heat.
Put clam porridge in a bowl, put a few clams for decoration, and sprinkle black sesame seeds! It tastes really good because it's made of glutinous rice that's milled right away from the soil^^ Both children and adults ate two bowls because it was delicious. When you don't have an appetite, make clam porridge!
