How to make tomato juice

Cooking Steps

Ingredients: 5 tomatoes, 5 ice cubes, 1 spoon of olive oil, 2 spoons of oligosaccharide
STEP 2/12
First, remove the tip of the tomato by turning it with a knife.

Cross out the front of the tomato.

Bring water to a boil in a pot.

When the water starts to boil, add the scratched tomatoes and blanch them slightly.
The time is... About 10 seconds!

Cool blanched tomatoes in cold water.

After blanching, tomatoes peel off easily like this.
Of course, you can grind it first, but it's uncomfortable when you drink juice

Remove all shells and cut them into bite-size pieces.

Now put tomatoes in a blender and five ice cubes.

Add 1 spoon of olive oil and 2 spoons of oligosaccharide.
If you don't have oligosaccharide, you can replace it with sugar or honey.

If you add olive oil, it overlaps with tomatoes and helps with lycopene's regularization^^
