Ingredients: 5 tomatoes, 5 ice cubes, 1 spoon of olive oil, 2 spoons of oligosaccharide

First, remove the tip of the tomato by turning it with a knife.

A tip!
If you add olive oil, it overlaps with tomatoes and helps with lycopene's regularization^^
