The fish was small, so I cooked the radish first because I was afraid it would dry quickly. Put the radish, onion, and dried shiitake mushrooms in a pot and boil them down until the radish is cooked.

I tried making the sauce while cooking the radish. Soy sauce, red pepper paste, red pepper powder, and soybean paste
Add plum syrup, cheongju, shiitake mushroom powder, crushed garlic, oyster sauce, and water and mix

Put all the yellow corvina on top of the cooked radish, cut two spicy peppers, put them on top, sprinkle the sauce evenly, pour a little more water, and rinse the bowl that contained the sauce and pour it in!!^^
