Easy way to boil hot pot/hot pot bulgogi

  • Beef bulgogi

  • Cellophane noodles

  • enoki mushroom

  • Carrot

  • thick soy sauce

  • crushed garlic

  • Sugar
    1TS
  • ground pepper

  • Sesame
    little
  • Sesame oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Prepare beef by dipping it in cold water and draining the blood
STEP 2/8
Add 1 tablespoon sugar, 6 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, a little pepper powder, and a little sesame by hand
If you add 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil, the sauce is done!
STEP 3/8
Put the beef bulgogi with the blood removed in the sauce
Marinate for at least an hour with seasoning
STEP 4/8
Put the beef bulgogi marinated for more than an hour in an earthen pot,
Add 1 onion and a handful of leeks
STEP 5/8
Add chopped carrots, pour 1 cup of water, and bring to a boil over high heat

Remove any residue from the boiling water and discard
If you think beef bulgogi is 80% cooked
STEP 7/8
The noodles that were soaked beforehand
Place enoki mushroom and green onion on top and boil until enoki mushroom dies
