Making Japanese fried chicken karaage
Children like fried chicken so much that they sometimes make it for them, but this time, I made Japanese fried chicken karage in a little special. Unlike Chinese fried chicken, Karaage is seasoned with soy sauce. And instead of using only egg whites, Chinese food is characterized by using all the yolks in Japanese fried chicken karaage. It's crispy on the outside but salty on the inside! I'll make it~~

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Remove the blood from the chicken leg with a kitchen towel.
STEP 2/9
Cut the blood-red chicken leg into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 3/9
Remove the starch from the chicken leg meat.
STEP 4/9
When it's almost time, add starch and mix well.
STEP 5/9
Add frying oil and do not fry at high temperatures.
Because it's seasoned, especially if it's seasoned with soy sauce, it can be dehydrated, so fry it at a slightly lower temperature of 160 degrees.
Cook it until the inside. When you fry it twice, fry it over high heat for a short period of time
STEP 6/9
It becomes crispy and delicious karaage.
STEP 7/9
For salad ingredients, shred cabbage and onions and soak them in cold water.
STEP 8/9
Grind the salad sauce with a blender according to the amount
STEP 9/9
If you add salad with freshly fried karaage, it's done
It's great to eat it with pork cutlet sauce or teriyaki sauce to suit your taste
Unlike Chinese food, the seasoning is soy sauce! The karaage is Japanese fried chicken, but it suits our taste. It's good if you eat it with green onion salad

My daughter likes Japanese curry. I was wondering if there was anything to add~^^ They say it looks like they're eating at a restaurant. Thank you.
