STEP 1/10
I used paprika and onions in the refrigerator while making stir-fried oyster mushrooms, and you can add other vegetables to your taste. If you like spicy food, you can enjoy spicy food if you add fresh peppers.
STEP 2/10
First, cut the bottom of the mushroom, tear it into bite-sized pieces, and rinse it lightly under running water as if shaking off foreign substances because the unique scent of the mushroom can disappear if you rinse it for a long time.
STEP 3/10
Chop paprika and onion and prepare.
STEP 4/10
Grease a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry mushrooms, then add paprika and onions and stir-fry thoroughly.
STEP 5/10
When the mushrooms are cooked to a certain extent, add 1 spoon of oyster sauce to the stir-fry.
STEP 6/10
If you don't have enough seasoning, you can add salt to your taste, but I added 1/2 teaspoon.
STEP 7/10
When the mushrooms and vegetables are done, add 1 spoon of sesame oil.
STEP 8/10
Lastly, sprinkle black sesame seeds and it's done!!!
STEP 9/10
The crunchy paprika goes so well with the chewy mushrooms... Maybe it's because we added oyster sauce, but the unique scent of oyster sauce goes well.
STEP 10/10
The color would have been prettier if there was a green bellows...It's a bit disappointing, but I think the colorful colors make you want to eat. I didn't put in the refreshing pepper, but I think it'll be good because it's spicy even if I put in a little bit...Put paprika full of nutrients in the delicious oyster mushroom that you can get cheaply at the mart, stir-fry it easily, and make a chewy and delicious stir-fried oyster mushroom perfect as a side dish.
