STEP 1/7
My mom gave me a boiled mowie. So I didn't boil it and didn't boil it
In boiling water
Add a pinch of salt and for about 5 minutes
Boil it, cool it in cold water, and peel it
You can take it off.
(Similar to how to boil a sweet potato stem!)
Cut the boiled rice stand into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/7
In a pan covered with cooking oil, add a mowie
1ts of salt, 1ts of dagda cooking water,
Add 1ts of minced garlic and stir-fry.
You can replace the dishwater with the dishwater!!
(Because it's the same thing) ^^)
STEP 3/7
I'll chop a green onion in the middle
Put it in, please.
I thought of it while stir-frying it like me
You can mince it
You can chop it before you put it in
STEP 4/7
Add green onions and stir-fry them
Taste it and if it's bland, use salt
Please season it.
No soy sauce!
The more you stir-fry it, the darker the color becomes
If you stir-fry it and eat it after it cools down
It's salty.. Music listening..
STEP 5/7
Lastly, 1ts of perilla seed powder
Add 1ts of perilla oil and stir-fry quickly.
If you stir-fry it for a long time, perilla oil will burn!
STEP 6/7
It'd be nice to sprinkle sesame seeds, right?
It's pretty if you spray black sesame, too!
Tteok that looks good tastes good, right ^^
STEP 7/7
It's so good when you eat it as a side dish
Add red pepper paste and fried eggs
Stir-fried perilla seeds that are delicious even if you mix it together!
If you don't have perilla powder, pass
Rather than fine perilla powder
I like perilla powder with skin.
