I used about a quarter of the onion. Carrots... Just enough... I can't say how much this is. Silpa is frozen, so when I take it out, it's like that. ^^;

It's based on a spoon of rice spoon. I added 10 soy sauce and 4 oligosaccharides, but I'm going to mention it again... Try it and season it. If it's salty, it's soy sauce, if it's sweet, it's oligosaccharide... You all know, right?

Chili powder 5. A lot of sesame seeds...^^ I like sesame seeds, so I put in a lot. If you like spicy food, you can cut and add Cheongyang chili peppers.

You can add sesame oil, but... I added perilla oil. It's more savory and makes it taste better.

It's easy to make soy sauce sauce~ There's nothing special... If you make it like this, it's easy to season it when you make side dishes. ^^

Add the sauce when making acorn jelly. You don't need to add any other seasoning.
STEP 7/8
I'll add the seasoning I made when I cook tofu. Coat tofu with flour and fry until golden brown. It's annoying, but it's more savory if you do this
STEP 8/8
Place soy sauce sauce on top of tofu and turn off the heat. The remaining heat is enough. If you keep the heat on, the soy sauce will burn.
